Had a great time on our groups / process retreat this weekend. It was ridiculously cold (19 degrees when we left this morning) but we were able to get a lot accomplished and still shoot some skeet yesterday afternoon. I feel great about what we came up with, and think it won’t be too long now before RPC is better able to move large numbers of people into groups. I took a couple of guys from our leadership team, and they really showed how well-read and prepared they were. Also took Travis along for the ride, and let me tell you he is for real. All in all it was productive, and refreshing. Plus Miranda went, so there was also a level of sexiness present.
I’ll be back in the office tomorrow, and I’m looking forward to it. We’re really gonna hit the ground running. Don’t forget this Sunday we’ll discuss the true marks of a Christ-follower. If you have friends or family who don’t know Christ you need to do whatever it takes to get them to RPC on Sunday. Can’t wait…
